Ride

Our signature ride class is a high-intensity, metrics and music-driven class. Using the power of music to drive your peak performance, you will find new levels of strength with this truly unique fitness experience. We leave the weights to the gym floor and the dancing to Berghain so you can focus on diving deep into the music to propel your power output.

Ride+

An extended cardio workout with a full hour on the bike. A mix of interval sprints and high resistance fires up your heart rate, while you test your endurance and strengthen your body.

Ride30 Strength15

Starting off with 30 min on the bike, you will then move into the Refine room for 15 min of mat work. Strength involves overall toning using some of our equipment and your own bodyweight, combined with ab exercises for that core burn.

Ride Method

Our signature Ride class starts with a 15 min intro for anyone new to the studio and to cycling. The intro covers bike set-up, bike positions and all other elements to make your class experience comfortable. The next 45 min will be your high-intensity cardio workout. Regulars can join after the intro part! Doors open when class starts.

Hip Hop Ride

Our signature cycling class gets a hiphop makeover. Get ready for a fun, high-energy ride with the best of this rich musical genre - from old school to the new wave, trap to twerk, south London to south-central LA. We turn it up with the full range of sound.

Ride XPRESS

An express version of our signature cycling class: a 30 min high-intensity cardio workout on the bike. Strengthen your body through a mix of interval sprints and high resistance, firing up your heart rate. A perfect chance to squeeze in your cardio training! Join for just 15€.

REFINE

 

BARRE/ PILATES

Barre

Our signature Barre class tones and sculpts with small, intense moves pushing the muscles to their limit, often with a cardio aspect. You’ll tighten through pulses, holds and ab work, using your own body weight and/or small equipment. A hybrid of pilates-hiit done on the mat and standing up, you will not find many ballet moves here! All levels are welcome. Grippy socks recommended!

Pilates

Mat pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The moves focus on and build from your core, sculpting all areas and parts of your body through small, controlled movements and repetition. Grippy socks recommended!

Cardio Barre

A revved-up version of our classic format, this class features the same full-body sculpting while offering an increased cardio boost. Expect sections full of dynamic exercises designed to pump your heart rate, balanced with sections of slower alignment-focused total body work. Grippy socks recommended!

This is your typical Pilates class with childcare included. Yes that's right, we offer a babysitter free of charge! If you plan to bring your little one(s), please let us know in advance via email to hello@becycle.de with your child's name and age. Thanks!

HIIT

HIIT

This is one powerful acronym, standing for High Intensity Interval Training. It invigorates and energizes your entire body through short, super intense bursts of exercise. Expect squats, pushups, jumping jacks and a variety of other strength and cardio-based exercises. Please go barefoot.

Our signature Strength class focuses on low-impact intensive training to help you build strength throughout your entire body. Using a combination of Pilates movements, HIIT exercises, and weights this class is designed to be intense, yet, low-impact. Expect weighted circuits that challenge your entire body, creative sequencing and interactive partner workouts.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), combined with dynamic and functional flow movement, designed to invigorate and energize the whole body through short, intense bursts of alternative exercise. No shoes required. Please go barefoot.

Gentle Flow

Sometimes you need a moment. Take a pause and tune into your body, refining your technique in this alignment-focused yoga class, which combines conscious breath with mindful movement. Expect a steady balance of smooth flows and longer pose holds, gentle yet effective, slow yet strong. Each class offers a unique combination of poses, designed by our amazing teachers. All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga

Find your zen in this meditative yoga class, that guides you into deep stretches designed to restore you both physically and mentally. Floor-based poses are held for 3-6 min, to revitalize the body's connective tissues and calm your mind. Wear some layers to keep yourself warm. All levels are welcome.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a nourishing hatha-style class. This class is for expecting mums, but also great for beginners or anyone who prefers a more gentle and relaxed slow flow. The class includes breath work, mantras, meditation and grounding sequences of asanas beneficial for the mind and body.

Power Flow

Sometimes you’re ready to fire up. Connect with your body, ignite your spirit and flow in this dynamic class, designed to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Expect energetic vinyasa sequences, core exercises and advanced variations to deepen your endurance and expand your yoga practice. All levels are welcome, some experience recommended.

Breathe & Release

Release and re-tune through our dedicated breathwork class. You can expect various release techniques to help relieve physical tension and aid the respiratory system, followed by a journey of breath techniques. Each of us breathes about 10,000 litres of air per day, making the breath our main source of energy. Yet most of us tend to take it for granted. By performing various intentional breathwork sequences, we can get back to our natural, effective and calming rhythm. KIDS

Little Moves

Help your child develop their movement, coordination and social skills, as well as their understanding of their bodies with our new dance class created for the littlest BECYCLE members. Employing simple choreography sequences and her background as a ballet/contemporary dancer and teacher, Laura will lead your tiny tots to discover new creative ways to express themselves through dance. Sowing the seeds of joyful physical activity from an early age, she will keep their imagination and bodies engaged in a fun, supportive and explorative way.

This is not a classical ballet class, no previous experience necessary, suitable to any child ages 3 to 5 or 5 to 7 years old.

Little Yoga

This class is filled with games, songs, stories, imaginative play, and activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside! Our instructors will tell stories that encourage creative and imaginative play along with yoga poses to increase gross and fine motor skills. Spoken language will be a mix of German & English so everyone can follow along.

No previous experience necessary, suitable to any child ages 3 to 5 old.
