Introducing our signature Barre class: Tighten with pulses, holds, and ab work using body weight or small equipment. It's a pilates-HIIT hybrid, both on the mat and standing. No ballet moves! All levels welcome. Grippy socks recommended!
Cardio Barre
An energized twist on our classic format, this class offers full-body sculpting with an added cardio boost. Experience dynamic exercises to elevate your heart rate, along with alignment-focused total body work. All levels welcome. Grippy socks recommended!
Barre+
Introducing our signature Barre class extended to a full 60 minutes! Sculpt and tone with intense, small movements, targeting muscles to their limit. Tighten with pulses, holds, and ab work, using body weight or small equipment. All levels welcome. Grippy socks recommended!
Floor Barre
Floor Barre brings our signature barre moves to the mat, focusing on core and lower body strength. Experience intense, small movements with a cardio element, using body weight and small equipment for refinement through pulses, holds, and targeted ab work. This hybrid class, combining pilates and HIIT, offers diverse exercises on the mat and standing, delivering an empowering workout beyond traditional ballet routines. Grippy socks required.
