Introducing our signature Barre class: Sculpt and strengthen with pulses, holds, and core exercises, utilizing your body weight and/or small equipment. This blend of Pilates-HIIT is performed on both the mat and standing positions, with minimal ballet elements. Suitable for all levels. Grippy socks are recommended!
Cardio Barre
A twist on our traditional format, this class delivers the same comprehensive body sculpting with an added cardio kick. Anticipate dynamic exercise segments aimed at elevating your heart rate, interspersed with slower, alignment-focused total body movements. Suitable for all levels. Grippy socks are recommended!
Barre+
This is your classic Barre class extended to a full 60 minutes! Sculpt and tone your muscles with precise, intense movements that push your limits. Experience muscle tightening through pulses, holds, and core exercises, using your body weight and/or small equipment. Suitable for all levels. Grippy socks are recommended!
Floor Barre
Floor Barre transitions our signature barre techniques to the mat, focusing on core and lower body strength for an intense barre workout. Anticipate dynamic movements with a cardio element, utilizing body weight and small equipment for precision through pulses, holds, and targeted ab exercises. This hybrid class merges pilates and HIIT, offering a variety of exercises on both the mat and standing positions, delivering a comprehensive and empowering workout that transcends traditional ballet-inspired routines. Grippy socks are recommended attire.
