Our REFINE Room in both BECYCLE Berlin and Düsseldorf & BEYOND studios In Berlin hosts a number of Barre classes such as Barre, Barre+, Cardio Barre and Floor Barre.

These signature Barre classes tone and sculpt with small, intense moves pushing the muscles to their limit, often with a cardio aspect. A hybrid of pilates-hiit done on the mat and standing up, you will not find many ballet moves here! All levels are welcome.   • Introducing our signature Barre class: Experience muscle tightening through pulses, holds, and core exercises, utilizing your body weight and/or small equipment. This class is a fusion of pilates-HIIT performed both on the mat and standing up, with minimal ballet movements. All skill levels are encouraged to join. Grippy socks are recommended for added stability!

  • This is our signature Barre class, extended to a full 60 minutes! Sculpt and tone your muscles with precise, intense movements that push your limits. Engage in pulses, holds, and abdominal work, utilizing your body weight and/or small equipment. All skill levels are welcome. Grippy socks are recommended for added stability!

  • A revved-up version of our classic format, this class features the same full-body sculpting while offering an increased cardio boost. Expect sections full of dynamic exercises designed to pump your heart rate, balanced with sections of slower alignment-focused total body work. All levels are welcome. Grippy socks recommended!

  • Floor Barre brings our signature barre moves to the mat, emphasizing core and lower body strength for the ultimate barre burn. Expect intense, small movements with a cardio edge, utilizing body weight and small equipment to refine through pulses, holds, and targeted ab work. This hybrid class, blending pilates and HIIT, offers a diverse range of exercises both on the mat and standing up, providing a well-rounded, empowering workout that goes beyond traditional ballet-inspired routines.   • To book a Barre class with us, you must first create an account, then purchase a ‘REFINE’ credit, then go into our schedule and book the class of your choice.

  • You can use your ‘RIDE & REFINE’ credits for all classes except Reformer.

  • Yes, you can do Barre at all of our studios in Berlin, except for BEYOND, Mitte.

  • Yes, we offer private sessions, for individuals and groups/companies! Contact us for more information and to schedule your private training sessions with us!
