In our REFINE Room at our BECYCLE studio in Düsseldorf, we offer various HIIT classes, including HIIT and Boxing HIIT.

HIIT, short for High-Intensity Interval Training, revitalizes and invigorates the entire body with brief, highly intense exercise bursts. While HIIT primarily targets cardiovascular fitness and fat burning, it also aids in muscle enhancement. The brief but intense exercises in HIIT engage and stimulate muscles, promoting heightened muscle tone and strength. HIIT serves as an excellent addition to a comprehensive fitness regimen.

  • This is one powerful acronym, standing for High Intensity Interval Training. It invigorates and energizes your entire body through short, super intense bursts of exercise. Expect squats, pushups, jumping jacks and a variety of other strength and cardio-based exercises. Please wear indoor sneakers.

  • A high intensity class putting each and every muscle to work, incorporating speed work, foot work and strength skills. Prepare yourself for a host of educational, pulsating and heart-thumping exercises that will fire up your metabolism and keep it burning for hours.

  • Typically, HIIT classes demand minimal equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands. Our Berlin sessions are crafted to be accessible, with instructors providing guidance on equipment utilization.

  • All HIIT classes are held in our Refine room. We request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to use our locker rooms and store your belongings. Please note that the Refine Room door closes promptly at the start of the class, so arriving early is important. We prioritize punctuality to maintain a focused workout atmosphere. No shoes are necessary, and all equipment will be provided.

  • To book a Barre class with us, you must first create an account, then purchase a ‘REFINE’ credit, then go into our schedule and book the class of your choice.

  • You can use your ‘RIDE & REFINE’ credits for all classes except Reformer.

  • Our HIIT studio is located in Dos at Oststraße 54-56, 40211.

  • Yes, we offer private sessions, for individuals and groups/companies! Contact us for more information and to schedule your private training sessions with us!
