Our REFINE Room at BECYCLE & BEYOND studios in Mitte, Kreuzberg, and Charlottenburg feature various HIIT classes including HIIT, Boxing HIIT, and HIIT Flow.

HIIT

HIIT, which stands for High Intensity Interval Training, is a powerful acronym. It energizes your entire body with short, intense bursts of exercise, including squats, pushups, jumping jacks, and other strength and cardio-based movements. Please go barefoot for the session.


Boxing HIIT

Boxing HIIT merges HIIT training with partner boxing drills for a high-intensity workout. Engage every muscle with speed, footwork, and strength exercises. Get ready for an invigorating session of educational, pulsating exercises that boost metabolism and keep it burning for hours.


HIIT FLOW

  • All HIIT classes are held in our Refine room. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to use locker rooms and store your belongings. The Refine Room door closes promptly at the scheduled time for a punctual start. We prioritize punctuality to maintain a focused workout environment. No shoes are required, and equipment is provided.
