Our REFINE Room in our BECYCLE & BEYOND studios host a number of HIIT classes such as HIIT, Boxing HIIT and HIIT Flow.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It invigorates and energizes your entire body through short, super intense bursts of exercise. While HIIT primarily focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and fat burning, it can contribute to muscle development. The short bursts of intense exercises in HIIT can engage and challenge muscles, leading to increased muscle tone and strength. HIIT is a great compliment to a well-rounded fitness routine.

This is one powerful acronym, standing for High Intensity Interval Training. It invigorates and energizes your entire body through short, super intense bursts of exercise. Expect squats, pushups, jumping jacks and a variety of other strength and cardio-based exercises. Please go barefoot.


Boxing HIIT

Boxing HIIT combines HIIT training with partnered boxing drills. It is a high intensity class putting each and every muscle to work, incorporating speed work, foot work and strength skills. Prepare yourself for a host of educational, pulsating and heart-thumping exercises that will fire up your metabolism and keep it burning for hours.


HIIT FLOW

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), combined with dynamic and functional flow movement, designed to invigorate and energize the whole body through short, intense bursts of alternative exercise. No shoes required. Please go barefoot.

The rest is provided free of charge by our studios: towels (both sweat towels and shower towels), hair dryers, and toiletry amenities. Additionally, our studios are equipped with private changing rooms and showers stocked with Susanne Kaufmann body wash & shampoo.

  • We host all HIIT classes in our Refine room. We kindly ask that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class begins. This time will allow you to comfortably use our locker rooms and store your possessions away. It's important to note that the Refine Room door will be closed promptly at the scheduled starting time, so please come early. We value the punctuality of our classes to ensure a seamless and focused workout environment for all participants. No shoes required. All equipment will be provided.
