  • All Pilates classes are held in our Refine room. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to utilize our locker rooms and store belongings. Note that the Refine Room door closes promptly at the scheduled time, so arrive early. Punctuality is important for a focused workout environment. No shoes needed; equipment provided.
