It's important to modify exercises as needed and opt out of strenuous classes. Feel free to consult our instructors before class for further assistance or inquiries.

All Pilates classes are held in our Refine room. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to utilize our locker rooms and store belongings. The Refine Room door will close promptly at the scheduled start time, so punctuality is appreciated to maintain a focused environment. No shoes needed; all equipment will be provided.
