You can find a number of Mat Pilates classes across all of our four studios, such as Pilates, Pilates+ and Power Pilates.

Our signature Mat pilates classes are a form of low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The moves focus on and build from your core, sculpting all areas and parts of your body through small, controlled movements and repetition. Grippy socks recommended!

This is our signature Pilates class: You’ll strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility by moves that build from the core. All levels are welcome. Grippy socks recommended!

Pilates+

This is your signature Pilates class but for a full 60 mins! You’ll strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility by moves that build from the core. All levels are welcome. Grippy socks recommended!

Pilates w/ Childcare

This is your signature Pilates class but with childcare included. Yes, that’s right we offer a babysitter free of charge! You’ll strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility by moves that build from the core and are suited to accommodate post-natal clients. If you plan to bring your little one(s), please let us know in advance via email to hello@becycle.de with your child's name and age. All levels are welcome. Grippy socks recommended!

Power Pilates

  • Each Pilates class at BECYCLE & BEYOND involves a series of precise movements targeting different muscle groups. Expect a focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. Our instructors provide clear guidance for proper form and technique throughout the class.

  • Pilates can be a good choice of activity during pregnancy. We do advise that you talk to your obstetrician before coming in, particularly in your first trimester. It is your responsibility to modify exercises where necessary and even decide against classes that may be too strenuous. Please talk to our instructors before class if you need further assistance or have any further questions.

  • We host all Pilates classes in our Refine room. We kindly ask that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class begins. This time will allow you to comfortably use our locker rooms and store your possessions away. It's important to note that the Refine Room door will be closed promptly at the scheduled starting time, so please come early. We value the punctuality of our classes to ensure a seamless and focused workout environment for all participants. No shoes required. All equipment will be provided.
