Choose from four formats to fit your schedule and fitness goals. You can find our class schedule here.

  • Suitable for all levels, our 55 min Method class offers a deep dive into alignment, core stabilization and functional breathing techniques, providing the foundation necessary to get the most out of the rest of our Pilates offerings. Do not expect our fundamentals class to be easy! You’ll be working deeply, with precision and focus, training your body and mind to work hard but efficiently on the reformer. Grip socks are required.

  • A dynamic 55 min full-body workout with spring resistance. Our signature class combines the classical principles of Pilates with our contemporary approach, resulting in a highly-effective comprehensive workout. Find your perfect balance between strength, coordination and flexibility, while you sculpt and tone. All levels are welcome and adjustments will be given during class, but if you are new to Reformer Pilates we recommend to start with our Reformer Method classes. Grip socks are required.

  • This class is for our experienced clients who have taken plenty of reformer classes before. In a 45 minute Reformer Xpress class, you will move quicker with less time to explain and more time to burn, strengthen, tone and sweat! Grip socks are required.

  • This is your typical reformer class with childcare included. Yes that's right, we offer a babysitter free of charge! If you plan to bring your little one(s), please let us know in advance via email to dus@becycle.de

  • At Dus, our Reformer Pilates sessions are distinguished by skilled guidance, cutting-edge Balanced Body Allegro 2 equipment, and a commitment to individualized care. Discover a transformative exercise experience tailored to diverse fitness abilities.

  • Our Reformer Method class is our introduction class to the Reformer carriage. Suitable for all levels, this class is our reformer technique deep dive, building the foundational strength and awareness needed to get the most out of every Pilates class. Work deeply at a mindful pace to train the connection between your body, mind, and breath. New clients must attend 3 Method classes before joining other classes. Not suitable for pregnant clients after the first trimester. Please wear grippy socks.

  • It is important to understand the fundamentals of our Reformer Pilates Method, such as breathing techniques and familiarizing yourself with the Reformer carriage, during our Method classes, before taking a 360 class because it will avoid confusion and injury and will ensure you have a much more pleasant and smooth class experience.

  • Absolutely! Reformer Pilates caters to individuals of all fitness levels, even those who are new to it. With our seasoned instructors offering personalized support and adjustments, beginners can engage safely and effectively in Reformer Pilates. We advise attending the Reformer Method class at least three times before progressing to Reformer 360 or Reformer Cardio sessions, allowing ample time to acquaint yourself with the equipment and our methodology.

  • Prior to commencing any workout regimen while pregnant, it's essential to seek guidance from your healthcare provider. Nonetheless, Reformer Pilates can frequently be adapted to accommodate the requirements of expectant individuals (excluding the first trimester), offering a secure and gentle means of maintaining activity levels throughout pregnancy. Kindly reach out to us if you're pregnant before attending class.

  • Absolutely! Reformer Pilates is appropriate for individuals at every fitness stage, including those who are new to Pilates. We suggest attending the Reformer Method class at least three times before progressing to a Reformer 360 session, ensuring you're acquainted with both the machine and our techniques.

  • Flexibility isn't a prerequisite for Reformer Pilates. In fact, engaging in Reformer Pilates can contribute to enhancing your flexibility over time!

  • You only need to bring yourself, your workout attire, and a water bottle! Our studios provide everything else at no cost: towels (including sweat and shower towels), hair dryers, and toiletries. Moreover, our studios feature private changing rooms and showers stocked with Susanne Kaufmann body wash & shampoo.

  • Reformer Pilates provides a multitude of advantages, such as improved core strength, heightened muscle definition, better posture, and increased flexibility. Additionally, it fosters improved body awareness and alignment, assisting in preventing injuries and promoting overall physical health.

  • The recommended frequency of Reformer Pilates sessions may differ based on personal fitness objectives and availability. For best outcomes, we suggest aiming for 2 sessions per week, allowing sufficient time for the body to recuperate and adjust.

  • To see results in your body composition, we recommend 2 classes a week. To feel results in terms of your strength and flexibility, 1-2 sessions is ample!

  • Certainly, Reformer Pilates holds the promise of reshaping your physique. Through regular dedication, you can anticipate enhancements in strength, flexibility, and overall muscle tone, resulting in a more defined, harmonious body and heightened feelings of well-being.

  • To book a Barre class with us, you must first create an account, then purchase a ‘REFINE’ credit, then go into our schedule and book the class of your choice.

  • You can use your ‘REFORMER’ credits for all Reformer classes.

  • Our Reformer studio is located in Dos at Oststraße 54-56, 40211.

  • Yes, we offer private sessions, for individuals and groups/companies! Contact us for more information and to schedule your private training sessions with us!
