GENTLE FLOW
Take a pause into tune into your body and refine your technique in this alignment-focused yoga class, blending conscious breath with mindful movement. Experience a balanced mix of smooth flows and longer pose holds, offering gentle yet effective strength. Each class features a unique combination of poses crafted by our skilled teachers. All levels are welcome.
YIN YOGA
Discover serenity in this meditative yoga class, which leads you through deep stretches aimed at physical and mental restoration. Floor-based poses are held for 3-6 minutes, rejuvenating connective tissues and promoting mental calmness. Dress in layers to stay warm. All levels welcome.

BREATHE & RELEASE

Explore various techniques to alleviate physical tension and support the respiratory system, followed by a journey through breath techniques. With each of us inhaling approximately 10,000 liters of air daily, our breath is a vital source of energy often overlooked. Through intentional breathwork sequences, we can return to our natural, calming rhythm, integrating physical, mental, and emotional states for enhanced mental acuity and physical well-being.

All Yoga classes are held in our Refine room. Please arrive 10 minutes early to utilize locker rooms and store your belongings. The Refine Room door closes promptly at the scheduled time for a seamless and focused workout. No shoes needed; equipment provided.

Just bring yourself, workout clothes, and a water bottle! Our studios provide yoga mats, props, towels (both for sweat and shower), hair dryers, toiletry amenities, and private changing rooms and showers stocked with Susanne Kaufmann body wash & shampoo at no extra cost.
