BREATHE & RELEASE
Refresh and realign with our specialized breathwork class. Experience diverse release techniques to alleviate physical tension and support respiratory health, followed by an exploration of breath techniques. Despite breathing around 10,000 liters of air daily, many of us overlook its significance. By practicing intentional breathwork sequences, we can return to our innate, soothing rhythm, harmonizing our physical, mental, and emotional states and unlocking greater mental clarity and physical vitality.

All Yoga classes are conducted in our Refine room. We kindly request that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. This will provide you with ample time to utilize our locker rooms and securely store your belongings. Please note that the Refine Room door will be closed promptly at the start time, so we encourage early arrival. Punctuality is appreciated to maintain a focused and seamless workout environment for all participants. No footwear is necessary, as all equipment will be provided.

Simply bring yourself, your workout attire, and a water bottle! Our studios offer complimentary yoga mats, props, towels (for both sweat and shower), hair dryers, and toiletry amenities. Additionally, we provide private changing rooms and showers stocked with Susanne Kaufmann body wash & shampoo.
