Yes, Yoga can be a safe and beneficial practice during pregnancy. However, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. We offer a Prenatal Yoga class with our experienced instructors who will guide you through modified poses to ensure a comfortable and nurturing practice for you and your baby.

We host all Yoga classes in our Refine room. We kindly ask that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class begins. This time will allow you to comfortably use our locker rooms and store your possessions away. It's important to note that the Refine Room door will be closed promptly at the scheduled starting time, so please come early. We value the punctuality of our classes to ensure a seamless and focused workout environment for all participants. No shoes required. All equipment will be provided.

All you need to bring are yourself, your workout clothes, and a water bottle! The rest is provided free of charge by our studios: yoga mats, props, towels (both sweat towels and shower towels), hair dryers, and toiletry amenities. Additionally, our studios are equipped with private changing rooms and showers stocked with Susanne Kaufmann body wash & shampoo.

Expect energetic vinyasa sequences, core exercises, and advanced variations to deepen your endurance and expand your yoga practice. All levels are welcome, some experience recommended.

Breathe & Release is our dedicated Breathwork class. You can expect various release techniques to help relieve physical tension and aid the respiratory system, followed by a journey of breath techniques. Each of us breathes about 10,000 liters of air per day, making the breath our main source of energy. Yet most of us tend to take it for granted. By performing various intentional breathwork sequences, we can get back to our natural, effective, and calming rhythm. Learning to integrate our physical, mental, and emotional states; opening the door to higher levels of mental acuity and physical well-being.
