HIIT FLOW
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), paired with dynamic and functional flow movements, aims to energize the entire body with short, intense bursts of diverse exercises. Shoes are not needed. Please practice barefoot.

We host all Pilates classes in our Refine room. We kindly ask that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before the class begins. This time will allow you to comfortably use our locker rooms and store your possessions away. It's important to note that the Refine Room door will be closed promptly at the scheduled starting time, so please come early. We value the punctuality of our classes to ensure a seamless and focused workout environment for all participants. No shoes required. All equipment will be provided.
