WAIT LIST

Join the waitlist, if a class is full. You'll see the number of people in line before (My Account -> My Classes). If enough people cancel opening up a spot for you, then you will be notified by email of this. Otherwise, we will not charge your account for this class. Please cancel your place in line, if you no longer wish to be on the waitlist to avoid being a no-show.

CANCEL

Cancel at least 12 hours before your class begins free of charge online so that we can fill your spot with a customer on the waiting list. Otherwise, we will have to mark you as a no-show jeopardising that class credit. Please also be dressed in workout gear and ready to roll at the studio 5 mins before the class starts.

RETURNS

We accept retail returns under these conditions:

| The garment is unworn and unwashed

| The tags are still attached

| The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase

| Proof of payment must accompany the return

| All sale items are final
