FITNESS CLASSES IN BERLIN & DÜSSELDORF

Opened in 2016, BECYCLE, located in Mitte, is Germany’s first boutique fitness studio. We offer Indoor Cycling, Barre, HIIT, Pilates, and Yoga classes, as well as a healthy food café.

Our studio holds two workout rooms, the Ride Room and the Refine Room. The Ride Room hosts our signature 45-minute Indoor Cycling classes set to house, electronic and pure beats timed to a pulsating state-of-the-art light system. In our REFINE room we offer a variety of Barre, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates and Pre/post-natal classes. After your workouts, kick back in our cozy lounge to refuel your batteries with some delights from Lucy’s Café (serving coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch) or shop our retail section holding unique brands from around the world.

Seeking to provide a fitness experience that goes beyond Indoor Cycling, we opened our BEYOND studios in Kreuzberg and Charlottenburg. By providing fresh alternatives to our current classes in Mitte, BEYOND serves as a natural extension to BECYCLE, focusing instead on Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, HIIT, Barre and Yoga to keep our minds and bodies engaged and curious. Both BEYOND studios hold 2 workout rooms, the Reformer Room and the Refine Room. In the Reformer Room we hold up to 12 Allegro carriages, and alternatively, our Refine Room can hold upwards of 20 mats.
