WHAT IS THE REFINE ROOM AT BECYCLE & BEYOND?

The REFINE Rooms in our studios are the spaces where we hold the following classes:

Barre, Mat Pilates, HIIT, Dance, Yoga, and Kid’s Classes.

The either serve as the balancing space to our REFORMER or RIDE Rooms, depending on the studio.

At BECYCLE & BEYOND, we believe in a holistic approach to fitness, balancing your week with high-energy cardio classes and low-impact alignment and breathing – hence why two separate workout rooms are so essential to our studios.

We honour the importance of functional and integrated movement and all of our instructors are extensively trained and qualified in their respective modalities.

Whether you are looking for a Breath-work class or an intense Boxing HIIT class, join us in the REFINE room for premium workouts tailored to your needs.
