RIDE
Ride
Our signature ride class is a high-intensity, metrics and music-driven class. Using the power of music to drive your peak performance, you will find new levels of strength with this truly unique fitness experience. We leave the weights to the gym floor and the dancing to Berghain so you can focus on diving deep into the music to propel your power output.
HIP HOP Ride
Our signature cycling class gets a hiphop makeover. Get ready for a fun, high-energy ride with the best of this rich musical genre - from old school to the new wave, trap to twerk, south London to south-central LA. We turn it up with the full range of sound.
REFORMER PILATES
Reformer
A dynamic 55 min full-body workout with spring resistance. Our signature class combines the classical principles of Pilates with our contemporary approach, resulting in a highly-effective comprehensive workout. Find your perfect balance between strength, coordination and flexibility, while you sculpt and tone. All levels are welcome and adjustments will be given during class, but if you are new to Reformer Pilates we recommend to start with our Reformer Method classes. Grip socks are required.
Reformer Method
Suitable for all levels, our 55 min Method class offers a deep dive into alignment, core stabilization and functional breathing techniques, providing the foundation necessary to get the most out of the rest of our Pilates offerings. Do not expect our fundamentals class to be easy! You’ll be working deeply, with precision and focus, training your body and mind to work hard but efficiently on the reformer. Grip socks are required.
Reformer Xpress
This class is for our experienced clients who have taken plenty of reformer classes before. In a 45 minute Reformer Xpress class, you will move quicker with less time to explain and more time to burn, strengthen, tone and sweat! Grip socks are required.
Reformer with Childcare
This is your typical reformer class with childcare included. Yes that's right, we offer a babysitter free of charge! If you plan to bring your little one(s), please let us know in advance via email to dus@becycle.de
REFINE
BARRE/ PILATES
Barre
Small, powerful movements that sculpt, strengthen and align your upper, middle and lower body. In this pilates-yoga hybrid, you’ll refine and tone by focusing on movements like lunges, pulses and ab-work using your own body weight and small equipment. No dance experience necessary. Grip socks are required.
Pilates
Mat pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The moves focus on and build from your core, sculpting all areas and parts of your body through small, controlled movements and repetition. Grip socks are required.
Barre+
A 60 min empowering barre class to level up from your regular barre practice. Fine tune your body in greater detail with compact movements to sculpt, strengthen and align your body using your own body weight and small equipment. Grip socks are required.
Barre+ with Childcare
This is your typical barre + class with childcare included. Yes that's right, we offer a babysitter free of charge! If you plan to bring your little one(s), please let us know in advance via email to dus@becycle.de
HIIT
HIIT
This is one powerful acronym, standing for High Intensity Interval Training. It invigorates and energizes your entire body through short, super intense bursts of exercise. Expect squats, pushups, jumping jacks and a variety of other strength and cardio-based exercises. Please wear indoor sneakers.
YOGA
Flow Yoga
Connect your mind, body and soul in this flow yoga class, designed to develop full body strength, flexibility and balance. Expect dynamic vinyasa sequences, core exercises and advanced variations to deepen your yoga practice! All levels are welcome, some experience recommended.
Move & Meditate
With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on breathing and mindfulness. The poses and level of intensity is in keeping with the style of Hatha Yoga. In the second part of the class, you practice meditation to bring mind-body-spirit into balance and harmony.
Yin Yoga
Find your zen in this meditative yoga class, that guides you into deep stretches designed to restore you both physically and mentally. Floor-based poses are held for 3-6 min, to revitalize the body's connective tissues and calm your mind. Wear some layers to keep yourself warm. All levels are welcome.
