Pause Club - Our New Monthly Class Sessions

When “I” is replaced by “WE,” illness becomes wellness.

In today's fast-paced world, cutting through the noise of content, including the wellness realm, is becoming increasingly challenging. The more we seem to laser focus and prioritise wellbeing, the more we collectively seem to be stressed by the pressures it brings.

In their annual Wellbeing Report for 2024, lululemon have recently published rather unsettling findings, with 61% of the surveyed saying they feel enormous pressure to appear well and uphold societal expectations. Meanwhile, 89% of those with a “wellbeing burnout” state that loneliness is a contributing factor. Many are confused by conflicting information on how to stay healthy and well.

Far be it from us to set out and try solving any of these issues with a single class, one thing has become clear for us. Workout and physical fitness are only one piece of the puzzle. But they are not enough. Finding moments to pause and reconnect with oneself and others is essential. To listen and be listened to; to share experiences and ideas.

Enter Pause Club - our unique space dedicated to well-being beyond the traditional workout, inviting you to explore personal growth in a relaxed, supportive, and lighthearted environment. Each month we explore new topics which impact all of us and our wellbeing beyond fitness, whether it’s romantic relationships, self-compassion, parenting or hormones.

WHAT HAPPENS IN SESSIONS?

This isn't your typical workshop. The Pause Club is a group coaching experience designed to help you reflect on what truly matters, leaving you grounded, inspired, and reconnected to yourself and others. Each session combines:

  • Somatic Practices – Engage in gentle exercises that foster a deeper connection with your body, enhancing physical awareness and emotional balance.

  • Creative and Reflective Coaching – Participate in activities that spark insight and encourage self-discovery, allowing you to explore new perspectives.

  • Peer Sharing – Foster deeper exploration and connection through group discussions, benefiting from diverse experiences and collective wisdom.

One of the biggest highlights of The Pause Club is its emphasis on group and peer coaching. Sharing and learning together not only builds a sense of community but also facilitates meaningful change—making the experience enjoyable, engaging, and impactful.

FACILITATOR(S)

Each session is lead by Caroline Frank, a Business & Wellbeing Coach, with 18+ years of experience, who guides individuals to transform work-life challenges through integrative coaching, blending systemic practices, neuroscience, and somatic techniques.

And every other month we are joined by a guest practitioner, who is an expert in the field or topic we are covering that month. So watch this space!
