Uncovering the Hidden Triggers of Gut Dysfunction

So many of us think of gut disfunction as being an external problem, something caused by outside factors — such as bacterial infections (like H. pylori) or IBS resulting from food sensitivities. But in actuality this is often an internal problem. The most visible manifestations may be external in nature, but the real issues start on the inside long before you notice symptoms on the outside.

In this masterclass, we will take a deep dive into the triggers of gut dysfunction, the real root causes that may be behind your digestive problems, as well as overall health troubles. These triggers can create issues years before you ever notice symptoms, but by the time the problem becomes noticeable, your gut may already be in bad shape. That’s why it’s critical to take action to avoid and eliminate them as soon as possible, so you can get your intestinal health back under control and restore your gut to full, healthy function, thereby restoring your overall health.

WHAT IS LEAKY GUT?

The term has been gathering much attention over the last few years. In short, leaky gut means intestinal permeability, a condition where the lining of the intestines becomes damaged and allows undigested food particles, toxins, and bacteria to leak through into the bloodstream. This can trigger an immune response and cause inflammation, leading to a range of symptoms and conditions such as bloating, food sensitivities, fatigue, and autoimmune diseases. Dietary factors, stress, medications, and imbalances in gut bacteria are some of the factors that can contribute to leaky gut.

In this second instalment of our health series with Tina Kaczor, you are about to discover exactly what to do to heal your leaky gut; you will not only learn the major causes of this condition and how to avoid them, but also specifically what to eat and drink. Plus, you’ll uncover the smartest habits and supplements to help make the journey even smoother.
